TULSA, OK (January 12, 2022) – BlackHawk Industrial, a market-leading distributor of metalworking and other mission critical industrial products, announced today the acquisition of Pinnacle Tool & Supply. Pinnacle is based in Toledo, OH and has a second location in Cleveland, Ohio.

Today’s acquisition significantly increases BlackHawk’s operational footprint in the Ohio region, enhancing its service capabilities in a large manufacturing market. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Pinnacle Tool & Supply has a long-standing reputation as a highly technical, value-added distributor in the cutting tool and abrasive space. In addition to the Pinnacle name, the company also operates under the brands W. Lewis Sales and Industrial Metalworking Supply (IMS) in Solon, Ohio.
