Prior to joining BlackHawk, Jim spent 15 years at Grainger, with the last six years at the Zoro.com subsidiary. At Zoro, he led Category Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams, contributing to tenfold revenue growth in just six years. Jim holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
