Ingersoll Cutting Tools has revamped and expanded its former HiFeed tooling lines under a new name — DiPosFeed. These new cutters are designed to speed up milling processes by reducing cycle times.

DiPosFeed milling cutters offer greater productivity over a wide range of applications including die mold, aerospace, oil and gas, rail and general industry. DiPosFeed tools feature exceptionally dense insert geometries in the latest material grades. They offer secure insert clamping and an optimal high-feed design for reliable, consistent machining.

DiPosFeed is available in 4-, 6- 9- and 11-mm indexable insert sizes. Cutter body options include end mills, top-on, chip surfers and face mills in cutting diameter ranges from 0.312 up to 4.00 inches. Inserts have four cutting edges and have depth of cut capabilities from 0.5 to 2mm (0.20 to 0.78 inches). APT ranges from .007 to .160 allow for extreme productivity. DiPosFeed tools operate at lower cutting forces to enhance efficient milling.

As noted, DiPosFeed replaces the former HiFeed Max and Mini products with new additions.
