The newest entry to the GARR TOOL family of high-performance drills is the Series 1880KD. This drill joins the Series 1580KD and 1280KD in materials and performance. Produced for use in high temp alloys for production runs, the 1880KD has all the essential features of other coolant-through high performance drills, with the added benefit of common shank diameters. This is especially important for hydraulic and shrink fit holders.  These drills come in a wide variety of metric sizes and 3 length options: 3xD, 1580KD, 5xD, 1280KD and the newly released 7xD, 1880KD.  Drill diameters are an m7 tolerance and the shanks are h6 tolerance.

This high-performance solid submicron grain carbide drill with a reinforced shank offers coolant through capabilities for high pressure coolant systems.
