The Mitutoyo 530 series vernier caliper has two sets of jaws for measurement in metric units of outside dimension (OD), inside dimension (ID), step, and depth (when depth bar is included), for applications where the highest accuracy is required, especially in scientific research and in industries where parts must fit exactly.

• The Mitutoyo Vernier caliper features a 14-degree face angle for easier reading and helps prevent parallax error in the measurement
• The scales are raised to slide easily and protect the graduation markings
• The Vernier caliper is constructed of hardened stainless steel that is corrosion resistant and a satin chrome finish reduces glare

• Inch and Metric/Inch models have dual reading Vernier scales
