(Tulsa, OK June 16, 2021) By acquiring two new companies BlackHawk Industrial Supply just made it easier to deliver more value to its best customers, industrial manufacturers. The first, ArgoDe Valle (formerly Argo-Fusco) is an industrial distributor focused on Metal-Working applications. Based in Mexico, it’s the first pure Mexican acquisition in the distributor’s history. The second is Southern Tool and Machine, an Industrial Distributor with locations in Pompano Beach and Largo, Florida.

ArgoDe Valle-Mexican Acquisition
ArgoDe Valle employs 30 Associates operating from locations in Tijuana, Mexicali and Sonora Mexico.  BlackHawk CEO, John Marked, stated, “We are truly excited about this newest acquisition. Not only does it extend our reach and increase our scale within the Mexican market; it also gives us a step forward on our trajectory of growth by delivering expanded functional expertise and resources along with new customer opportunities.”

Southern Tool and Machine-South Florida Acquisition
Southern Tool and Machine, an industrial distributor with locations in Pompano Beach and Largo, Florida extends BlackHawk’s reach with a strong team of technical and metal-working experts who work with a broad range of customers in a strategically important geographic location. Ray Cmarik joins BlackHawk as the new Sales Leader for Southern Florida along with his 8-member team.

Better Customer Service and Product Expansion
This expansion into both the Mexican and South Florida markets will allow BlackHawk Industrial to reach more of their production facilities and expand products and services that end-users value and invest in new effective sales channels.
