BlackHawk Expands a Second Time in Less Than Two Months
TULSA, OK (June 8, 2022) – BlackHawk Industrial, a market-leading distributor of metalworking and other mission-critical industrial products, announced today it has expanded a second time in less than two months with the acquisition of Big Red Fasteners, Inc. (“Big Red”), based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
This acquisition builds upon BlackHawk’s strong growth momentum and further deepens its distribution presence in the Central U.S. and expands its capacity and capabilities in the fastener product category. Beyond distribution, Big Red also offers services such as custom cutting, specialty kitting, and chemical and physical certifications.
