BLACKHAWK INDUSTRIAL ACQUIRES J&S TOOL INC. AND EXPANDS ITS DISTRIBUTION AND XPRESS MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES.

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, February 5, 2020 — BlackHawk Industrial, a market-leading distributor of metalworking, industrial, MROP and packaging supplies, today announced the acquisition of J&S Tool.

With the latest technology and a highly experienced, technical staff J&S Tool is a leading distributor, manufacturer and reconditioner of cutting tools for industrial manufacturers in the St Louis and Southern Illinois markets.

The acquisition of J&S Tool, broadens and deepens BlackHawk’s distribution and manufacturing footprint with their state of the art facility in O’Fallon, Missouri.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
